These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LTR International LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the LegalTry platform (website: legaltry.com, mobile app, and related services, collectively the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting a query, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We aim to ensure efficient facilitation of connections in a structured manner, subject to advocate availability and professional discretion. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, suitability, competence, or performance of any advocate. Any consultation or guidance is between you and the advocate directly — we are not a party to it and bear no liability for it.
The Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and content ("Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted while accessing the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or legal outcomes. Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, if applicable). We are not responsible for any disputes between users and advocates.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for breach of these Terms, misuse, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage informal resolution first — contact us at hi@legaltry.com before legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Significant changes may be notified via email or Platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
