These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LTR International LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the LegalTry platform (website: legaltry.com, mobile app, and related services, collectively the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting a query, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

LegalTry is a technology platform operated by LTR International LLP and is not a law firm. We do not provide legal services, legal advice, representation, case handling, court appearances, case filings, follow-ups, or any form of legal assistance directly..

The Platform acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between users and advocates from the associated Law Firms for initial consultation and guidance purposes only..

All interactions and guidance occur directly between you and the advocate. We do not supervise, control, participate in, or assume any responsibility for the content, timing, quality, or outcome of any consultation or interaction..

No specific timelines, outcomes, or results are guaranteed or promised, as any guidance depends on the advocate’s availability, professional judgment, and individual circumstances..

We fully comply with the Bar Council of India Rules, including Rule 36 of Chapter II, Part VI, and do not engage in solicitation or advertising of legal services in any form..

We aim to ensure efficient facilitation of connections in a structured manner, subject to advocate availability and professional discretion. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, suitability, competence, or performance of any advocate. Any consultation or guidance is between you and the advocate directly — we are not a party to it and bear no liability for it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and content ("Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted while accessing the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or legal outcomes. Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, if applicable). We are not responsible for any disputes between users and advocates.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for breach of these Terms, misuse, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform cease immediately.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage informal resolution first — contact us at hi@legaltry.com before legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Significant changes may be notified via email or Platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
