Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LegalTry (the "Platform"). It governs all yearly membership subscriptions and associated payments for access to the Platform. By purchasing or renewing a yearly membership, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

1. Nature of Membership

LegalTry provides yearly membership plans granting access to the Platform, which facilitates connections with advocates from the associated Law Firms solely for initial consultations and guidance.

Membership fees cover:

• Platform access
• Platform features
• Facilitation services

Membership does not include legal services, advice, representation, or guaranteed outcomes (as detailed in our Disclaimer and Terms). All payments are treated as subscription fees for digital access under applicable Indian law.

2. General Refund Rules

• Yearly memberships are non-refundable once purchased and activated, except in the limited cases specified below.
• No partial or prorated refunds for unused periods.
• If you cancel mid-term, access continues until the end of the paid term.
• No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with advocate connections, guidance quality, advocate availability, or any outcomes.
• Government fees, taxes, or third-party charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Cooling-Off / Cancellation Window (Limited Refund Eligibility)

Within 7 calendar days from the date of successful payment/transaction:

Strict conditions for eligibility:

• No query has been submitted through the Platform.
• No connection or consultation has been facilitated.
• No Platform features have been actively used beyond initial login.

After the 7-day period expires: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

How to Request Cancellation/Refund:

• Your membership ID
• Payment details
• Reason for request

Requests must be received within the 7-day window.

4. Refund Process

• Processed within 15–30 working days
• Deduction of charges applicable
• Refunds to original payment method only
• No cash refunds

5. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases

• After 7 days
• If any service is used
• Promotional discounts
• Misuse or fraud

6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Yearly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel at least 7 days before renewal.

7. Dispute Resolution

Subject to courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Changes to this Policy

Policy may be updated. Continued use means acceptance.
